Rosuvastatin is used for the Treatment of hypercholesterolaemia and also used for the prevention of cardiovascular events. During the use of rosuvastatin, it reduces the coenzyme Q10 levels in serum. For the prevention of this side effects rosuvastatin prescribe with coenzyme Q 10(ubidecarenone).
